About D1 Store:
D1 Store is Australia's First and Only DJI Authorised Retail Store in Australia with stores located across Australia.
Since its inception in 2017, D1 has grown from a market entrant into the Market Leader for consumer DJI retail sales.
Our growth has been attributed to our emphasis on providing the highest quality of customer service, the best pricing on the market and becoming the one stop shop for everything DJI.
Within the recent years, D1 and DJI have teamed up to open flagship stores across Australia to heighten the customer experience yet again.
The Role:
We're always on the lookout for Product Specialists, both full-time and casuals, to join our growing retail stores, representing both D1 and DJI on the show floor.
Your responsibilities and duties will include:
- Greeting all customers upon entry
- Provide customers with accurate and uptodate information on the full range of DJI products.
- Assisting customers in purchasing the right product for their needs.
- Completing stocktake of products & visual merchandising
- Achieving sales target set by the store manager.
- Maintenance of the store
- Collaborating with team members to achieve store goals and create a positive working environment.
Who we are looking for:
We understand that industry (RPAS / Drone) experience may be hard to come by, so we're looking for a driven individual with continuous improvement being a core value.
- Experience in Retail Sales or Hospitality (preferred)
- Proven record of working towards a goal or KPI
- Driven & selfmotivated individuals wanting to improve.
- General knowledge of Technology & Photography (preferred)
- Excellent Communication and Listening Skills
- Proactive individual who seeks to understand the customer.
- Team Player and charismatic

Salary:
Full-Time
- $55,000 to $65,000, excluding superannuation.
Casual
- Industry Standard Casual Rates
