We - the Customer Engagement Solutions Team at Daiichi Sankyo Europe - are a looking for an experienced Agile Coach joining our growing team of professionals.


At Daiichi Sankyo, we are on the cusp of establishing a seamless CRM/CXM system which is part of our ambition to implement an end-2-end digital backbone to enable, streamline and facilitate engagement with HCPs.

This includes storage of all relevant customer information, support of advanced analytics through harmonized, high quality customer data and to collect and allow analysis of customer feedback.

As our new Agile Coach you will help us steering our organization towards success in the face of a rapidly evolving market environment.

If you thrive in the VUCA-world and are excited by the prospect of crafting and navigating strategies for change, this role will be perfect for you.


Your role will extend beyond frameworks and methods - you'll coach our team and the organization, facilitate engagements with top management and external partners, and host collaborative workshops involving dozens international participants.

You'll also be instrumental in guiding our organizational design, shaping our collaboration, and providing valuable contributions to our internal Agile Community by utilizing the entire Agile Toolkit, including Kanban, Scrum, and OKRs.


Given our international team setup, you'll run our remote-first approach, leveraging our full communication and collaboration backbone - Microsoft Teams, MIRO, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint - to ensure efficient and effective collaboration.

Key responsibilities:


  • Lead the way in fostering learning and growth by providing individual, team, and organizational coaching
  • Guide our team's adaptability to change by deeply embedding agile values and principles in everything we do
  • Introduce and facilitate the implementation of various frameworks and methods, such as IT-Kanban, Scrum, OKRs, and Design Thinking, as an Agile Coach
  • Champion datainformed decisionmaking by promoting the use of metrics across teams
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and across Business Units through meetings and workshops
  • Exhibit a solutionoriented approach to resolving impediments
  • Consult on roles, responsibilities, and overall organizational development with both the team and senior management

Personal skills and professional experience:


  • Seasoned experience as an Agile Coach / Scrum Master
  • Experience in Scrum, Kanban, OKRs, Design Thinking
  • Deep understanding of principles and purpose in the Agile World to throghfully adopt, combine and interprete them in our context
  • Experience running agile projects of varying size and complexity
  • Experience running international crosscultural projects in a remote setup
  • Strong leader, educator, and coach
  • An excellent communicator and facilitator
  • Courage and pragmatism in order to identify and help resolving impediments
  • Fluent proficiency in English

Bonus points:


  • Previous work experience within the eHealth and/or digital healthcare sector and/or CRM
  • Written and/or verbal communication skills in German
  • Experience in Test Automatization and Continious Delivery
