Responsibilities:


  • As HR BP Global Support you will build the bridge between Global HR BPs and EMEA HR BPs ensuring process standardization across the EMEA organization
  • Be the point of contact for all EMEA HR BPs for any questions regarding hiring, promotion or other personal changes that refer to global organization and processes
  • Be the gotoperson for all global HR BPs for any EMEA related questions that involve more than one local HR BP and where an overall guidance/support is needed
  • Where necessary, join business or works council meetings to answer questions and/or seek answers where needed
  • Have the control of all global positions, structures and find solutions for different and new cases
  • Interface to relocation suppliers, tax, global mobility, finance and the HR Team
  • Equip both global and local HR BPs with necessary knowledge in order to reduce time effort for global personal changes/hires and promotions
  • The position will be parttime (0,5 FTE desired).
Your qualification

  • You have successfully completed a Master degree in the area of business administration, psychology or similar
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience as HR Business Partner and/or other, strategic HR roles
  • You have relevant experience in an international environment
  • You can provide strong knowledge and understanding of HR processes, structures and systems and are up to date with market relevant HR topics
  • An excellent understanding of HR tools completes your profile
  • You can provide sound knowledge of the German labor law
  • You are experienced with conceptional design and project work
  • You can demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, including in English
  • Your strengths include excellent analytical skills and a strong commercial mindset
  • You are a strong networker, a comfortable speaker and have a confident manner
  • You enjoy working independently, are reliable, and have a strong sense of responsibility
