This position will be located at our facility in Pleinfeld near Nuernberg, Germany.The role offers the opportunity to participate in our remote work policy with a hybrid work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs*.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and facilitating workshops for local and regional teams
- Engaging and leading high priority projects with specialist expertise
- Partnering to help leaders enhance associate engagement
- Supporting leaders to implement business and functional strategies
- Providing HR expertise across compliance, HR processes, change management, team and individual performance and associate development
- Diagnosing associate relations needs to root cause, drawing conclusions and influencing leaders to take proposed actions
- Collaborating to deliver work across a global community of business and functional HR practitioners
- As part of the European HR Services team, engaging with both business and Enterprise HR teams to provide the right HR expertise at the right time to add value
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree with focus on Business Administration, HR, Law or comparable
- Minimum of 8 years of professional work experience ideally for a productionrelated environment, which includes a successful track record of individual, team and leadership development
- Strong technical knowledge of HR best practices and deep understanding of German labor law
- Excellent coaching and mentoring skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively challenge, influence and build collaborative relationships, to exemplify direct, open, honest behaviors, and to influence these qualities in others
- Demonstrated success collaborating with diverse teams across functions and regions and working in a virtual environment
- Experience in facilitating groups, projects and meetings including resolving conflict
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German
