WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As
Marketing Coordinator in the Alumni Relations team, you'll be part of the Marketing and Communications department in Central Europe (CE), responsible for strategic and creative marketing projects with a focus on former BCG employees.

You'll work closely with BCG Partners, Practice Area Leaders, the Business Development Team, and the Marketing Leadership Team, particularly with the Alumni Ambassador.

Your core tasks include proactively developing concepts for alumni support, such as creating content for and sending off internal and external mailings or developing and holding alumni events.

Data maintenance and preparation are essential for measuring success from a marketing and business perspective as well as for deriving concrete recommendations for action on how BCG can best maintain and expand its relationship with alumni.

You will report to the Alumni Manager and work in close coordination with your team and the Alumni Node to advance the relationship and outreach with BCG's alumni in Central Europe.

Using your communicative and analytical skills, you'll develop meaningful marketing concepts, advance the interlinking of marketing and business development, and head innovative optimization initiatives in the area of alumni relations.

This includes being the external communication interface between BCG and alumni, as well as holding an internal advisory role on which activities provide the most value to the exchange between active BCGers and alumni, and how to implement these activities in a scalable way.

You are an independent communication and organizational talent who thinks in networked ways and knows the different stakeholders and their needs.

In addition, you have a talent for strategic planning and innovatively implementing marketing projects in the field of alumni relations.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

Project manager and communication talent, business developer and networker—those aren't a contradiction to you. You have marketing experience and understand how to develop and implement the right communication formats for business-relevant decisions.

  • You have successfully completed a college degree, ideally in marketing and communications or in economics.
  • You have some work experience in marketing and communications, project and stakeholder management, events, and/or business development.
  • You are able to independently develop and implement strategic and creative projects. You always keep an eye on stakeholder management, processes, and structures.
