Your tasks:

Design, Roll out and implement Fix Charter Truck strategy and define the FCT roadmap for the European opganisation.
Define Standard Business Processes for FCT operations
European process harmonization for FCT operations
Working on a close Collaboration and alignment for FCT with our "Network & Linehaul Management"
Setting the Roadmap/strategy of FCT in our clusters (in alignment with European Strategy)
Making Tactical and operational decisions in daytoday business environment in FCT
The Nomination of key positions (in alignment with Matrix where needed)
Standards and rules as required by the FCT organisation.

Requirements:

Leadership experience in European and iunternational FCT Markets.
A minimum of 5 to 6 years expereience in FCT.
Direct (FTL/LTL) operations experience
Freight exchange platforms and technology experience
CM market FCT Europe and Intermodal traffic experience
A Strategical & visionary mindset
People management competences and experience
Innovative, Digital, Commercial and customer
Analytical/finacial Competencies
