Deine Aufgaben

Wir suchen dich Du bist neugierig, hast Spaß an der Supply Chain, magst es Prozesse zu hinterfragen, scheust nicht vor analytischen Aufgaben zurück und hast Lust in einem coolen Team zu arbeiten? Dann bist du hier genau richtig

Innerhalb der Value Added Service Operations Abteilung des Geschäftsbereichs Deutschland/Schweiz

beschäftigen wir uns mit der Beschaffung und Planung des VAS Sortiments (z.B. Displays, Discountkartons, Weihnachtsgeschenkpackungen).

Du kannst Teil davon sein, wie diese Artikel den Weg in die Drogerie oder den Lebensmitteleinzelhandel finden.

Typische Aufgaben für dich als Werkstudent*in sind z.B.:

Eigenständige Preisfindung & Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, sowie internen Stakeholder

Selbständige Durchführung und Begleitung von Beschaffungs- und Planungsprozessen.

Selbstständige Erstellung von Forecasts, Maintenance & Aufsetzten von spezifischen Dashboards

Mitgestaltung von strategischen Inhalten

Standardisierung von Prozessen & Mitarbeit an Optimierungsprojekten

Analyse und Pflege von Stammdaten

Aufbereitung von Präsentationen

Dein Profil

Fortgeschrittenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines ähnlichen wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Studiengangs

Ordentlich immatrikuliert während der gesamten Werkstudententätigkeit

Idealerweise erste Arbeitserfahrung durch Ausbildung oder Praktika, sowie Umgang mit SAP

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel)

Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, strukturiertes Denken, Einsatzbereitschaft, Ergebnisorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und vor allem Spaß an der Arbeit
