  • How to contribute to our vision
  • We are looking for a working student for the project Meerwind which will contribute to project management tasks, service campaign planning and tracking and remote support of offshore site team
  • Works as parttime or vacation temporary help in different administrative tasks and operations.
  • Performs all operations, measures, activities and tasks as assigned by accountable management or supervisor.
  • Learns and acquires respective theory and know how, techniques, methods, tools and processes, in the respective area.
  • Optimize documentation processes and will keep track of the progress of the Annual Maintenance Campaign.
  • Support the offshore site team by creating work orders, requesting of quotations for tools and materials, ordering of spare parts and other supportive tasks.
  • Organize crew changes by informing affected parties, requesting and collecting onsigning documents and having the full overview of the current status to ensure a smooth and effective replacement of personnel.
  • Create management reports, statistics and other analysis to assist the project management team.
  • What you need to make a difference
  • Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
  • Firsthand experiences in analytics, supporting management, project management, business planning or a consulting role through previous working positions would be nice to have.
  • You hold advanced MS Office Suite and SAP skills.
  • You are a team player, conscientious, accurate and analytical, have customer service skills, a business background and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are fluent in German and English
