Your Job:

Provide the full range of required legal support on all kind of PV legal project related matters internationally.
Support to project development activities on a global scale from their early stage to their implementation, including.
Drafting and negotiating MOU, Terms Sheets and JV Agreements.
Providing legal support during the lifecycle of the PV projects, especially during the transactional phase (M&A)
Support and review of general project contracts (EPC and O&M)
Provide legal support during PPA negotiation and Project Finance phase.
Instructing and managing external legal advisors

Your profile:

Law degree (European or UK preferred).
Between three and six years of relevant professional experience (law firm or inhouse), ideally in crossborder scenarios
Proactive and team player.
Ability to identify and manage complex legal issues across several jurisdictions
You enjoy working in a dynamic and fastpaced environment
Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
Languages: English (native speaker or excellent command) Additional languages (i.e. German, Spanish) are welcome
