Director, Key Account
Location:
US Remote or EMEA - Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all commercial and operational aspects of Managed Services and Asset Management delivery for the business(es) assigned to them.
- Support the sales teams in growing Asset Management Program and Managed Services sold. This includes supporting the sales process, sales presentations and proposals, contract discussions, and alignment to the multiple current contracts in place with the customer.
- Accountable for delivering on the contractual commitments. Prepare and deliver on contractual Statements of Work, Key Performance Indictors and other documents as required.
- Develop and implement strategies that positively impact the customer experience, negotiating and seeking agreements with partners where required. Deliver the value proposition and ensure that the customer is aligned.
- Drive a highquality customer experience through standard account management processes, procedures, and technology.
- Own all customer relocation projects and ensure effective delivery.
- Deliver on Revenue, Gross Margin, EBITA and expansion targets.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience in strategic service delivery solutions.
- Strong process improvement experience in sophisticated environment.
- Track record in delivering solutions at customer sites or leading large teams of remote based colleagues
- Ability to develop high levels of credibility, influence others, and forge tried and positive professional relationships with customers, peers, and upper management.
- Acts as a motivator for change; develop, guide and direct organizational change strategies that support business scalability.
- Selfmotivated; bias for action.
- Able to learn from mistakes and always wants to achieve the best possible performance.

- Travel up to 50%
- Bilingual in English and German is a plus but not required.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience.
- Good PC skills, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong collaborative track record and working within a matrix environment.
- Experienced in driving customer allegiance and growing existing customer base
Supervisory Responsibility:
- 25 Direct Reports
