Position Summary:

This opportunity will focus on data entry and personnel administration, and can help kickstart a career in any area of HR.

Your responsibilities:

Administrative support for a variety of HR topics such as standard information requests, sick leave management, simple confirmations of work, pulling reports
Contribution to daytoday operations such as handling mail, supporting data management and time tracking
Support of various other HR projects
Maintenance and management of electronic personnel files

Your profile:

Enrolled student of business administration, economics or a related field
Native skill level in German (written), very good skills in English (verbal & written)
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Ability to work independently and accurately with a responsible attitude
Average of 15 hours/week (Aachen office)
