The Marketing Partnerships & Affiliates Team is one of Raisin's key online b2c marketing channels.

We cooperate with traditional affiliate publishers in the financial sector, coordinate campaigns with cross European affiliate networks and invest in strategic partnerships with companies which complement our users' journeys.


For the established and strong performing team we are looking for an experienced Team Lead Marketing Partnerships and Affiliates, driving the channel's growth across our European markets, acquiring relevant strategic marketing partnerships and collaborating with our US team paid marketing channel team in a global set-up.

The team is located in our Berlin office, remote-working across Germany is possible though.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting the establishment of new strategic marketing partnerships, building, managing, and growing and leverage existing and past partner relationships
  • Providing a performance oriented framework to guide the team (align on performance targets, KPIs, establish a positive feedback culture etc.)
  • Owning strategic development and forecasts of the channel
  • Identification and realizations of development opportunities
  • Providing performance and market analyses to the Director of the Paid Channels
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders like: Country Heads, Content and Graphics teams
  • Ensuring and maintaining correct tracking and invoicing of partners
Your Profile

  • 5+ years experience in Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, online cooperation and driving B2B2C opportunities
  • Experience as Team Lead or people manager
  • Good working knowledge of affiliate marketing related topics such as tracking, compensation models, affiliate networks, digital business models and general online marketing approaches.
  • Naturally open minded, outgoing, communicative and outspoken
  • Team player who knows how to set up projects in collaboration with other stakeholders
  • English: fluent and on contractual level
  • Previous experience in finance or banking industry preferred
Optional

  • Knowledge of other european languages (e.g. german, dutch or spanish) speaking is a plus
  • Experience with tools like: Impact Ltd, FinanceAds and Looker are preferred
