TEAM LEAD HR PEOPLE OPERATIONS
Together with your team, you are responsible for the entire employee lifecycle processes in

Germany:
from contract offer to leaving certificate


Requirements:

Ideally 3+ years of management experience

Experience in personnel administration

Routine in working with management up to C level

Very good communication skills in German and English

Hands on mentality

Good MS Office skills


Tasks:

Responsibility for personnel administration for 700 employees throughout Germany

Professional and disciplinary management of a team of 7 employees

Optimization of administrative HR processes with a focus on standardization and

automation

Local implementation of the global HR strategy with reporting line directly to the Head of

HR
