Customer service for the Netherlands and Belgium in relation to FP products and services.

  • Help customers with their invoices, payments, deliveries or local post related issues.
  • Document incidents and resolution.
  • Common administrative and backoffice issues.
  • Assisting on projects and process improvement.
Anforderungen

  • Native speaker/ business fluent in Dutch or Dutch / English.
- experience in customer service, retail, tourism or hospitality.

  • Basic knowledge of common MS Office products.
  • Customerfocused, structured and reliable attitude.
  • Great team spirit.
  • Thriving in an international work environment.
