Customer service for the Netherlands and Belgium in relation to FP products and services.- Help customers with their invoices, payments, deliveries or local post related issues.
- Document incidents and resolution.
- Common administrative and backoffice issues.
- Assisting on projects and process improvement.
- Native speaker/ business fluent in Dutch or Dutch / English.
- Basic knowledge of common MS Office products.
- Customerfocused, structured and reliable attitude.
- Great team spirit.
- Thriving in an international work environment.

- 38 working hours per week and no work on the weekends
