ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Intern for our Munich Operations_ _team, you will work closely with our Strategy & Operations Lead to support our daily operations and help us expand.

BEAT81 was launched in Munich in Summer 2021 and has since been growing rapidly.

We are now operating 7 HIIT and Indoor Cycling Studios as well as multiple outdoor locations and are now looking for a motivated working student to join our team to help us double our operations within the next 12 months.

You will be joining a dynamic, fast paced start up where you'll have ownership and impact from day one

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Efficiently manage our workout offer in Munich, while focusing on optimising the matching between coach availability, capacity and customer demand based on data analytics
Support the Munich Operations team with day to day operations and business development
Ensure an excellent customer and coach experience art all of our locations
Take over your own small projects within our operations and own them fronttoend

YOUR PROFILE:

Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a degree in Business or similar
Previous experience in a a high growth environment or offline startup preferred
You have a handson mentality and provide goaloriented work, with a desire to learn and develop quickly
You feel comfortable with the fastpaced startup culture
You are fluent in English and preferably also in German
You have a strong passion for fitness and sports
Available for a 36 months internship starting within the next 8 weeks
