Duties and responsibilities:

Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB & IFRS.
Identification of prepaid expenses and accrued income.
Reconciliation work between local accounting and the global finance department.
Responsibility over travel expenses, including control and posting.
Posting and auditing of payroll data.
Supporting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Support in fixed asset accounting.
Participation in projects in the areas of accounting and controlling.
Preparation of liquidity planning.

Your background.

Completed commercial training as an accountant, tax clerk, or a comparable qualification.
Relevant professional experience in accounting, controlling and auditing.
Very good HGB knowledge, IFRS knowledge is an advantage.
Very good MS-Office knowledge, as well as common ERP systems.
Very good understanding of German and English, in speech and writing.
