Wir suchen ab sofort einen
Tooling Manager (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Kassel.

Tätigkeiten:

- spezifische Werkzeuge zu definieren, ihre Herstellung und ihre Umsetzung im Betrieb sicherzustellen

Einhaltung von Normen, AT-Regeln und Geschäftszielen (EHS, Ergonomie, QCD)
Sicherstellung der Werkzeugverfügbarkeit für den Betrieb inklusive Kalibriermanagement
Werkzeugbedarf mit dem Industrialisierungsteam identifizieren
Bewertung der Gesamtkosten der Werkzeuge, einschließlich Studien (Spezifikation, Design)
Stellen Sie sicher, dass Werkzeuge verfügbar sind, um die Aktivitäten "pünktlich" in einer sicheren Umgebung durchzuführen
CAPEX ROI bei Bedarf aufbauen

Anforderungen:

Technische Ausbildung
Englisch lesen, schreiben, sprechen
Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einer Service-Site oder Produktionsumgebung
Herstellungstechnik, Fertigung oder Instandhaltung mit 5 Jahren Erfahrung vorzugsweise in der Bahnindustrie
Technische Erfahrung in der Prozess

- & Fertigungstechnik

Gute Praxis von CAD / Kenntnisse in Qualität, EHS-Standards und Ergonomie.
Vertraut mit IS gemeinsame Werkzeuge.
