We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced team player who shares our holistic and cross-disciplinary design approach - from classic/print to social/digital to phygital/spacial brand experiences and beyond.
As a Senior Designer within the Brainlab Brand & Design Team, you will play an important role in bringing our unique identity to life with tailored and impactful design solutions.
You will be part of the creative engine of the Marketing department, committed to the progression of brand experience through a systematic and strategic approach.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive communication design projects and brand evolution at all touchpoints
- Drive and lead the entire creative process from conception/ideation to
- Consult internal stakeholders in order to develop 360° concepts for product campaigns and other marketing initiatives across all channels
- Development and definition of brand design elements/assets/templates and maintenance of didactic documentation in digital brand guidelines
- Think strategically while staying uptodate on the latest tools and trends in design, branding and marketing
- Foster a culture of open information sharing, teamwork and feedback
Qualifications:
- Designrelated degree (B.A., M.A. or similar) and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the creative industry
- Demonstrated expertise in creating online and offline design concepts
- Outstanding creative skill set and ability to translate complex technical and business concepts into easytounderstand communication deliverables
- Ability to work in a fastpaced, collaborative and deadlineoriented environment
- Highly selfmotivated with critical attention to detail, timing and reporting
- Passion for creating purposeful and high quality communication design
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Outstanding skills in common design tools (Adobe CC, etc.)
- A strong digital orientation and experience in UX/UI design is a big plus
