Lobby Ambassador


Location:

Responsibilities:

Welcoming and Greeting Guests**:
Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all guests entering the lobby.
Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
Provide information to guests regarding hotel facilities and services.
Anticipate guests' needs and offer assistance as required.


Concierge Services:

Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests regarding local attractions, restaurants, and transportation.
Arrange reservations for dining, entertainment, and other services as requested.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.


Guest Relations:

Build positive and lasting relationships with guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their stay.
Address guest concerns and resolve any issues that may arise.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that the highest level of service and hospitality is consistently delivered.
Handle VIP and special guest requirements with confidentiality and discretion.


Front Desk Support:

Assist with front desk operations, including managing guest records, completing administrative tasks, and ensuring accurate billing processes.
Coordinate guest arrivals and departures, including luggage handling and transportation arrangements.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area.


Requirements:

Previous experience in front-of-house positions within a 5-star hotel environment is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests from various backgrounds.
Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using hotel property management systems and other relevant software.
Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
