As the VIE QuaAs the VIE Quality Customer Relationship you will be part of the plant Quality team.
You will support the Quality Manager in regard to the customer relationship and get insights in all quality related topics in the plant.
What will be your tasks?- Support of the Quality team in Quality related topics in the customer relationship (Volkswagen, Audi)
- Prepare responses for claims of the customer
- Performing Root Cause analyses for Quality issues
- Support in the creation of the control plan
- Followup on control plans
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and reverse FMEA
- Support in other department related topics.
Requirements:
- Master in Engineering
- Good organizational skills
- Proactive
- Able to work autonomous
- Fluent in English
- Good level in German preferred
