The position can foresee a Director level if you can demonstrate sufficient seniority at the job requirements.

Your Tasks

  • Utilising your extensive experience, you execute our EMEA strategy for sustainable finance and develop it further so we can always deliver the best products and customer service.
  • You develop new products, support the transition of old products towards sustainability and identify new growth markets.
  • With your exceptional analytical skill, you not only see solution to issues and problems but also find ways to enhance our internal as well as external profiling to ensure our sustainable business initiatives are on everyone's map.
  • As a natural leader you lead deal teams and everyone else involved on origination and execution of sustainable deals to bring transactions to a successful close.
  • Speaking of leading: you work closely with the front office team to gain new clients and customers, collaborate with the sustainability champions network to build regional strategies, and build strong relationships with clients, experts, advisors and industry bodies.
Your Profile

  • Master's degree in e.g., Economics, Environmental Science or Finance or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience especially in origination, transaction management and customer service
  • Knowhow in project work and project leadership
  • Ideally practice in sustainabilityrelated transactions
  • A keen interest in sustainability in finance
  • Analytical and creative mindset with the ability to motivate and lead
  • Fluent in English and proficient in German, both spoken and written
