We are looking for a key new addition to the Visionaries team who is motivated to become a co-entrepreneur, taking Visionaries Club to the next level.

You will work directly with our Founding Partner Robert Lacher as his trusted right-hand, as well as the broader Visionaries team, in shaping and managing the Firm's long-term strategy and vision, high-priority projects as well as our portfolio.

Your job responsibilities

• Become a coentrepreneur to the Founding Partner in building Visionaries Club into the leading Venture firm for founders, liberate Partner time and headspace for investments by taking significant chunks of the firmrunning work off their plates, improve the firm's performance across relevant dimensions.
• Provide strategic support to the Founding Partner sit in on meetings; at times, deputies; manage followups; field and filter internal and external requests; set priorities; act as a sounding board and sparring partner; influence decision making; escalate business critical issues.
• Proactively support Visionaries marketing initiatives, including PR, events, and representing Visionaries online and offline.
• Support our Founding Partner and selected team members with the production of communications content, including producing social media content and presentations, editing, and writing for leading media outlets, supporting interview preparation and briefings prior to media interviews and/or conference events, and preparing talking points for public speaking occasions.
• Cultivate and support our Portfolio Community in relation to knowledge, talent, and resource sharing. Support portfolio companies by further developing Visionaries' knowledge resources, turn portfolio insights into actionable support documents for the next generation of portfolio companies, and facilitate the flow of learnings across the portfolios.
• Lead internal project management, executing special projects and driving highimpact initiatives, thematic projects, market mapping, offsites, and portfolio days.
• Fill in gaps and firefight you need to be happy to help wherever needed and stretch from highlevel strategy down to getting the granular daytoday reactive work done.
• Streamline Visionaries' internal processes.
• Maximise the Founding Partner's value to portfolio companies, limited partners, and other external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

• A young and hungry, yet experienced Strategy / Operations / Project Management professional, with a background in either Strategy Consulting, Project Management,
• Investment Banking or a Technology company with a track record of rapid career progression.
• A strong generalist skillset. A thinker and a doer. A driven selfstarter a selfmotivated, multitalented player who is detailoriented, processminded and, above all, action and resultsdriven.
• Strong entrepreneurial passion as we welcome independent and creative thinking.
