What part will you play?

  • Conduct strategic analysis to foster business development within GBS and successful implementation
  • This covers a broad range of topics like market research, business models, organizational setup, CRM, and portfolio management
  • Set up and optimization of CRM processes, tools and institutions
  • Development of business strategies and plans in close collaboration with our Business Lines, Regions, Accounts and Customers
  • Make recommendations based on customer needs, emerging trends, expansion opportunities, competitive threats, and internal business process improvements
  • Preparation and presentation of strategic concepts to top management of GBS

What you need to make real what matters.

  • Excellent university degree (Master/Diploma/PhD) completed in business administration or a comparable field
  • 5+ years of practical experience in Business Development or CRM, preferably in a service business environment
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong entrepreneurial mindset
  • Additionally, you are experienced in preparing and visualizing information, also for top management
  • High level of social competence and team spirit, as well as characterized by agility and positive mindset
  • The ability to communicate confidently in English makes you stand out; German is a plus
