Responsibilities:
- Oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and department heads.
- Ensure targets and deadlines are met for overall European Sales, Marketing and Service objectives.
- Create efficient processes and communication flows across the complete value chain that has an immediate positive effect on the European organization.
- Assist and communicate with executives in decisionmaking, program management, and initiative implementation.
- Review, design, and execute improvements to organizational structure; find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them.
- Travel generally 1025%
Experience required or preferred:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field 5 to 7 years of experience in a business management or executive role Project management experience is a plus. Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
- Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments
- Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
- Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient productivity
- International experience with good cultural understanding desired
- Experience in data analysis and budget management
- Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions
- Strong projectreporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications
