Responsibilities:

Technical responsibility of definition of reference systems for generating ground truth for LIDAR

Definition and decomposition of network architecture of reference system including specification in the form of requirements and interface definitions

Analyze, conceptualize and review internal and external requirements and their impact on the Tool architecture

Plan and estimate tool development for internal and external implementation

Close interaction with Vehicle integration team for installation guidelines for best performance

Manage tool projects by comparing of plan (schedule) vs. progress

Develop and extend tools, troubleshooting and fix tool defects based on ALM tickets (Tasks, Change Request or Defect items)

Create tool documentation for user (e.g. User Manuals, Troubleshooting Guides, and Installation Guides etc.)

Execute tests and review for tool releases and documentation ensuring that the system tool performs per requirements.

Interaction with reference system supplier for delivery, maintenance and troubleshooting

Support of internal and external customer by delivery, maintenance, troubleshooting and improvements of implemented tools


Skills:

Must have

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering / software engineering / electrical engineering computer science or equivalent,

1-4 years' relevant experience regarding the responsibility / activities (listed above) for automotive electronics serial development projects.

Software Engineering experience

Automotive Communication Protocols (CAN, LIN, Flexray, Auto Ethernet, etc)

Measurement and automation device interfaces like RS232, USB, TCP, etc.

Know how of Camera/Lidar and other Autonomous Drive reference systems calibrations

Experience of GPS systems usage in Data collection and troubleshoot when needed

Nice to have

Knowledge on automotive LiDAR's is a plus

Knowledge of ADAS/AD standard NCAP test tools

Programming language skills like C/C++ is a plus
