- Driving sales and marketing activities
- Grow and maintain a portfolio of customers and counterparts active on the Carbon Credit market, prioritize your leads and turn them into clients and transactions
- Prepare carbon offsetting proposals for company and product carbon footprints
- Review carbon offsetting projects for our portfolio according to our quality criteria
- Conduct daytoday sales initiatives and provide clients with essential market intelligence analysis to support pricing, trading, and risk mitigation strategies
- Represent thyssenkrupp Materials Trading and build our brand on the market through conferences and PR initiatives
Your profile:
- University degree in Finance, Econometrics, Business, Sustainability, or strong commercial experience in sales, carbon market and origination roles
- Good communicator with the ability to influence and build deep relationships with key stakeholders: customers, counterparties, exchanges, regulators and internal senior leaders at thyssenkrupp
- Good quantitative skills, the ability to progress complex negotiations and to structure/monetize options
- Knowledge about the voluntary Carbon Credit market and experience in trade execution as well as building and growing the trade book
- Selfmotivated teamplayer with a handson attitude and interested in growing a developing business and a "Green" Mindset
- English language skills are mandatory, other language skills are a plus
