With your talent, you provide the best class service to our internal Siemens customers, helping them to find the best talents in Germany and beyond.

Your experience and knowledge will allow you to have a say in how you do your role.


What you will be responsible for.

  • Be the face of the TA Germany Team to our internal customers
  • Deliver highquality recruitment solutions for senior internal customers and/or for complex and critical positions in various Siemens businesses
  • Establish yourself as a trusted partner to the business across various levels
  • Utilize data and market insights as a basis for your recruitment strategy
  • Act as a trend scout and stay uptodate on the latest recruiting trends, market developments and innovative recruiting approaches
  • Spot potential opportunities and/or difficulties and proactively communicate them with your internal customers
  • Drive complex TA projects, both on a local and a global level. This would involve monitoring, analyzing and reporting on the progress of the projects and involving and engaging other concerned colleagues

What you need to bring.

  • A university degree combined with extensive international experience in inhouse and/or agency recruitment, preferably focusing on tech recruiting
  • Proven relationship management experience with senior stakeholders, including hiring managers and People & Organization (P&O) business partners
  • The ability to handle complex roles and challenging recruitment projects with high business priority and attention
  • A cando attitude and strong customer orientation
  • Passion for technology you are comfortable using the latest technology in recruitment
  • Innovative mindset and willingness to learn
  • Business fluency in German and English
  • A genuine passion for recruiting as a craft and the desire to learn and grow continuously
