Mission:
Reception and management of customer orders from order creation to delivery.


Main Responsibilities:

• Provide support to customers.
• Order registration, confirmation of availability and tracking.
• Invoicing and preparation of the specific documentation requested by destination.
• Logistics and loading organization.
• Backlog updating.
• Archives organization.
• Comply with the regulations, policy and instructions of Quality, Environment adn Health and Safety.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work with heavy workloads
• Knowledge about export documentation
• Working Experience: Almost 2 years in support activities for import/export and distribution.
• Education International trade education desirable
• Good computer skills ( Office, ERP SAP Salesforce or similar)

• Soft skills. Communication

• Conflict dealing
• Planning and Organization
• Team working
• Languages German and English B2 or upper level
