Call Center Agents (M/F/d) working from?

    2080 ₠/month gross + Language bonus of
    200 ₠/month + performance bonus of up to
    200 ₠/month +
    30 ₠net/month to cover your internet/electricity bills for working from home (fulltime employees receive)

    20 to 40 hours a week

You have exactly what we need:


  • Fluency in?
    Norwegian?and?
    English?:
  • Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
  • PC?literacy?
  • Previous customer service experience preferable?
  • Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines?
  • You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
  • You are empathetic and socially competent?
  • A broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection) and an Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream
  • Your computer needs to be directly connected to a router. It needs to support NAT (Network?Address?Translation), provide a firewall component, and must be connected to the home network by IPv
  • A separate, quiet and background noisefree room ans a comfortable?and?ergonomic?furniture?
