Your task:

Active participation in the design of strategic recruiting
Support and participation in the conception, planning, implementation, and management of complex crossfunctional HR (sub)projects and initiatives in the Global Sourcing & Recruiting Tribe
Bringing in your creativity in the conception and design of projects and events, e.g., B. Onboarding event, graduate program, employer branding
You support the establishment and expansion of a global recruiting community
Conception and implementation of internal and external communication and marketing measures, e.g., B. intranet articles & social media posts
Creation of analyses and reports on recruiting data and KPIs and target groupspecific communication (e.g., tribe lead, project sponsors), including the creation of management presentations

Your Profile:

You are studying economics or humanities, ideally with a focus on human resources, marketing, or a comparable course of study, or you are taking a gap year, for example.

You also have the following knowledge and skills:

You have a high affinity for HR topics, especially sourcing & recruiting, as well as marketing and communication topics
First professional experiences, e.g., B. through previous internships in marketing & HR area
You work in a structured manner and have a high level of organizational skills
You enjoy taking on responsibility and have a reliable and forwardlooking way of working
You are open, sociable, and have strong communication skills, and have expertise in writing newsletters and press releases
You have experience in operational recruiting and know how to create target groupspecific surveys
You are confident in using LinkedIn Analytics, you are confident in using MS Office and you have excellent English skills

A plus, not a must:

You have already gained initial experience in agile project management & Scrum
