- Conduct thorough assessments of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive/Environmental, Social, and Governance Reporting Standards (CSRD/ESRS) reporting requirements, including policy monitoring and analysis, stakeholder needs analysis, and external benchmarking to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and stakeholder expectations
- Develop of scenarios for initial CSRD reporting targets and evolution strategies to fulfill regulatory requirements & stakeholders' disclosure needs while effectively managing internal efforts
- Drive implementation of CSRD Master Framework, overseeing the standardized disclosure process on policies, actions, metrics, and targets
- Provide support for CSRD report implementation by collaborating with relevant stakeholders to co-develop policies and disclosure on actions, metrics, and targets, ensuring transparency and compliance with reporting standards
- Develop comprehensive process documentation for selected topics to contribute to the Internal Control System for CSRD Reporting
- Work on ad-hoc projects and duties as required by management
- Work in gremia and engage in advocacy efforts to drive initiatives related to CSRD implementation with internal and external stakeholders
- Master's degree in Sustainability,Business, Marketing, Communications, Politics, or a related field
- 5 years of relevantprofessional experience with focus on sustainability management and CSRDreporting
- Proficiency in assessing and analyzing reporting requirements, policies, and regulations related to CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) reporting, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory frameworks
- Knowledge of Environmental, Social, and Governance Reporting Standards (ESRS – European Sustainability Reporting Standards)
- Proven track record of driving implementation of reporting frameworks, developing policies and disclosure frameworks, and managing cross-functional projects in a corporate setting
- A strong multi-tasker-capable of planning, organizing details while communicating effectively on all levels within the organization
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and influence within a multi-matrix organizational structure, effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive initiatives forward.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire and empower individuals or teams to achieve common goals
- Business Proficiency in English, German is a plus
