CIC is searching for a part-time, entry-level Community Operations Assistant to join our expanding team. This position is ideal for individuals who are keen to learn and contribute, with no previous experience necessary. We value enthusiasm and a willingness to engage in diverse tasks, in line with our potential expansion efforts.

While details are being finalized, the plan includes a mix of private offices, shared workspaces, event areas, and various shared amenities designed to cater to the innovative community we serve.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
Joining our Community Team, you'll be essential in ensuring our clients' daily needs are met with enthusiasm and efficiency.

Your role will be diverse, sometimes working independently, other times alongside our dedicated staff, in a mix of routine and creative tasks.


Potential responsibilities will include:

  • Fostering client relationships and handling requests, from setting up event spaces to office rearrangements.
  • Performing maintenance tasks such as assembling furniture, basic cleaning, and upkeep of shared areas like conference rooms and kitchens, including restocking supplies and troubleshooting office equipment.
  • Organizing and managing inventories for office and kitchen supplies, ensuring areas are tidy and supplies are readily available.
  • Supporting mail and package processing.
  • Building and nurturing professional relationships within the community, aiding in the development of a supportive environment.

YOU HAVE

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
  • Availability to work from the office every day.
  • Capacity to work ~2030h per week.
  • Ability to legally work in Germany. CIC is unable to sponsor visas for this role at this time.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in German which is optional, but will be seen as an advantage.

OUR OFFER

  • Employment contract.
  • Starting compensation is €1,625 gross.
  • Commuting / Transportation Allowance.
