What we are looking for
We are looking for a CAT Integrations Specialist to join our team immediately in lively Berlin Kreuzberg. You have deep knowledge of 1-2 of the most common CAT tools.

You will communicate with different stakeholders and support the Product Management team, Sales team and Implementation team regarding the functions of each CAT tool and their integration with Plunet BusinessManager.


Tasks:


  • Supporting the Implementation, Sales and Account Management team with existing or potential customers who are interested in a CAT integration and have nonstandard questions about processes and options.
  • Supporting the Product Management team
  • Recognizing new use cases and passing this information on to the Product Management team, who will decide on the prioritization.
  • Regular exchange with our CAT tool providers and other CAT partners, and active research regarding new functions in the CAT tools, e.g. through webinars, newsletters, etc.
  • Internal training sessions for the Implementation, Sales, Marketing and Documentation departments.
  • Customer visits and online/onsite conferences.

Requirements:


  • Very good spoken and written in English and speaking and understanding German is essential for communication with customers
  • You have experience in the translation industry in a customerfacing role.
  • You have a deep knowledge of CAT tools

SDL Trados Studio, SDL Trados GroupShare, memoQ, Phrase, XTM.

  • Ideally deep knowledge of Plunet BusinessManager and its dynamic integrations to different CAT tools.
  • Strong communication skills and an empathetic approach when talking to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • You have a problemsolving mindset.
  • You like to work independently and in a selforganized environment.
