In order to support Space System Quality, Airbus Defence and Space is offering an

Internship (d/f/m) within Quality Management:

As an intern (d/f/m) you will gain a deep insight into the cross-sectional and transversal QM areas of responsibility of the Space System Quality department.

Among other things, this area deals with digitization projects to optimize internal company processes and tools. The activities of this QM organization also include supporting the regular external EN9100 audits in the space sector. The management of warning notices and alerts is also a core task in this area.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Conduct Quality Management process analyses
Organize and present the improvement of the QM processes (e.g. conversion to a new SAP environment)
Support digitization projects in the quality area
Organize and conduct training courses on qualityrelated processes, within the framework of quality professional training courses, including the creation of appropriate training documents
Determine KPI (quality indicators) for performance measurement
Support in carrying out the Alerts & Warning Notices Management including the use of the AWANTIS tool

Desired skills and qualifications:

Enrolled full time student (d/f/m) within aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or a similar field of studies
Good knowledge with MS Office and Google Suite
Fluent english skills
Structured way of working
Analytical ability
Experience in process & quality management is an asset
