You Will

Conduct user research to understand user needs, goals, and pain points.
Analyze user data and competitive landscapes to identify design opportunities.
Create sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts.
Maintain design system (Lithium Design System) to ensure consistency across products.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to bring designs to life.
Stay uptodate on the latest design trends and technologies.

Your Profile

Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a related field.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and best practices.
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing tools.
Proven ability to create visually appealing and userfriendly interfaces.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for design and a strong desire to create meaningful user experiences.
Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Suite, Miro, Webflow is a plus. Experience with prototyping (a plus).
Provide example of portfolio in the form either link to the website/ Dribbble / Behance or just PDF.
