Responsibilities:


  • Disciplinary and technical leadership of nondisciplinary plant team leaders and their production staff as well as quality inspectors within a
- shift of a production area. Conducting appraisal interviews (criticism, absenteeism, BEM) and personnel selection interviews.

  • Coordination and monitoring of all work processes in the direct production area and the supporting functions (material planning, craftsmen,
- etc.) and ensuring compliance with discipline, cleanliness and order in accordance with farm regulations and site rules.

  • Processing of processes in Workday and other IT systems (e.g. time management, accounting, bookkeeping, controlling).
  • Plan daily personnel deployment and system occupancy in your own shift and document it in shift plans.
  • Eliminating disruptions in production or causing them by calling in the required functions.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Review of production data and downtime documentation.
  • Training and technical instruction of employees.
  • Identify and implement measures to prevent increased sick leave and employee turnover.
  • Adherence to production plan and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master craftsman or technician training or equivalent
  • Ideally technical training in the area of lean management
  • Professional Experience
  • Min. 5 years of experience in technical operation of production facilities
  • Good Knowledge in lean production
  • Several years experience in the area of employee management
  • Specialized Knowledge
  • Very good leadership skills
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Good organizational and planning skills and problemsolving attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
