Tasks:


  • You are accountable for technical planning and delivery of our Marketing Technology team. The team's responsibility is technical ownership of Software used for customer acquisition, conversion, and reactivation.
  • You are the people lead for a team of engineers. You are expected to enable them to be the most impactful they can be and iterating with them towards a highperforming team. You will be responsible for all aspects of their professional development. You will work in tandem with a Product Lead and you will report to one of two Directors of Engineering.
  • The services provided by your team are key to unlock innovation and growth along our customer conversion. You and your team will be crucial to achieve our goals. One of the key challenges is taking over ownership of our existing system landscape and ensuring a sustainable target architecture that allows stateoftheart targeted Marketing while limiting toolredundancy.
  • You ensure technical alignment and vision and establish clear processes, inside your team but especially towards stakeholder teams from our Data and Marketing departments.
  • You build a strong rapport with internal stakeholders, like e.g. Marketing managers, data leads or product leads of streamaligned teams.

Requirements:


  • Leadership experience and very good communication skills
  • Trackrecord of building highperforming teams
  • Strong stakeholdermanagement skills
  • Experience with Marketing tools along customer acquisition, conversion, and reactivation, like e.g. Google Analytics, Pendo, Segment, CDP or Braze
  • Experience with technical planning and prioritization
