As our next HR BP, you will direct all HR operations and ensure they are in sync with our business goals.

Ideally, you should have solid experience with all HR-related topics along with Performance management, Learning and development, compensation and benefits, employee engagement.

Aufgaben

What you will do?

Lead local support in the areas of compensation planning, development, workforce planning, succession planning, leave administration, employee relations,
Engage with managers to develop and execute talent strategies that foster organizational and people capabilities
Proactively identify efforts to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the organization,
Partner with managers to strategically assess talent and create development goals and plans for employees
Drive a strong performance culture and support managers with performance management,
Assist and provide valuable input regarding topics like Employer Branding and D&I policy
Serve as point of contact for employee questions and grievances
Conduct investigations related to employee relations concerns
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, while exhibiting a flexible and innovative approach to support business goals

Qualifikation

Exceptional listening skills ensures mutual understanding of expectations, concepts, and practices

At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of German Labor Laws
Fluent in English and German
Experience driving proactive efforts to add value to the business
Experience advising managers through complex employee issues & solving workforce challenges
Ability to build productive crossfunctional partnerships
Ability to effectively project manage, meet deadlines and commitments

Extensive use of Microsoft Office suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail with a quality mindset
