    • Your tasks

  • Preparation of instructions for use (method sheets, short method sheets and notes) in English
  • Procurement of the necessary data from the relevant specialist departments and preparation of this data, taking into account legal regulations, technical constraints and internal regulations
  • Coordinating the review process of the document content and activities up to the completion of the English master document
  • Planning completion deadlines and working closely with the relevant internal interfaces
  • Maintaining the product range within the scope of general change requirements and implementing complex adjustments using the procedures described in the change management system
  • Ensuring IVD-compliant documentation of all documents in accordance with internal specifications
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in new implementation projects
  • Generating associated method sheets and advising the project team on subject-specific issues

  • Completed (in-company) training as a technical editor/technical writer
  • Knowledge of terminology
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Team spirit, organizational talent and strong communication skills
  • A structured and careful way of working
