Marketing Executive - B2B


Pattern is a leading global eCommerce accelerator headquartered in the Silicon Slopes tech hub in Utah, and one of the fastest growing businesses in the USA.

Valued at $2 billion, the business raised $225m in Series B funding in 2021 to allow us to continue to expand, working with brands such as Nestle, Pandora, The North Face and Wahl.

We're seeking someone that has ambitions to grow with us and keep our momentum going.


This role will form part of our EMEA marketing team based in Munich and has responsibility for developing and delivering marketing campaigns to help grow awareness and pipeline across EMEA.

You will focus on generating awareness and sales leads with an analytical ABM-led marketing approach, aligning with the strategy used throughout the rest of Europe.


Your job will be to identify and engage prospective brands across Europe and MENA, with a keen focus on expanding our activity across the DACH region.

You will also play a key part in supporting wider global marketing initiatives. We're looking for an ambitious self-starter with strong creative and analytical skills and a commercial awareness.

What is a day in the life of a Marketing Executive?

You will support the Head of Marketing, EMEA, with responsibilities including:

  • Support the delivery of regional marketing plans and the delivery of the global marketing plan for Pattern.
  • Play a pivotal role in growing our business across the DACH regional, using a test and learn approach to make a continually improved impact on our business and your personal development
  • To improve the number and quality of contacts in our opted-in marketing database.
  • Create campaigns that generate inbound enquiries and ultimately new business for Pattern.
  • Use a data-led ABM approach to help gain cut through with exclusive accounts for us to partner with.-
  • Report on the outcomes of our marketing activity using our marketing automation tools.
  • Recruit and retain contacts from our key target audiences of global consumer brands
  • Support senior management in converting leads to new business through the creation of pitch documents, proposals and other collateral used in the sales process.
What will I need to thrive in this role?- Degree educated- Creative skills- Highly numerate- Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure- Ability to well manage projects- Passionate about B2B marketing- Focused on their impact on the sales funnel and outcomes (ie closed won business)- Experience in ABM marketing preferred but not required Fluent in English and German - additional language skills desirable but not essential
