Your Job
Our Molex team in Ettlingen is looking for a Shipping/Export Clerk (M/F/d) to strengthen our shipping team.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work with different teams internally and further develop your capabilities in the field of logistics.


Our Team
Our location in Ettlingen is a logistics center and you will become of our cooperative shipping team.

What You Will Do

  • Preparing outbound shipments for dispatch via road, air and sea transport
  • Preparation of all necessary shipping documents and request for customs documents
  • Administrative processing and invoicing of all shipping orders
  • Responsibility for the correct and punctual delivery in terms of quality and quantity and their provision at the respective pickup times of the forwarding agents
  • Disposition and control of the pickup times of the forwarding agents

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
  • Very good computer skills in using the Microsoft Office package (especially Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Independent, selfreliant and reliable way of working as well as the ability to work in a team
  • Affinity for numbers as well as economic way of thinking
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Good knowledge of SAP-R3 in the MM module (Receiving Transactions module) would be an advantage
