Our client one of the highest Italian Premium Brands is looking for an Sales Assistant to be part of their new opening in Hamburg.

Main duties:
To provide a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the new Boutique in Hamburg.

The Role:

To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests;
To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;
To approach customers and offer them advice and support on products to persuade them to buy;
To develop enduring relationships with clients;
To maximise sales for the Boutique;
To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
To handle returns of merchandise;
To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the Boutique at the highest standard;
To support the team on the general operations of the Boutique;
To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
To maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates;
To go the "extra mile" to meet targets;

SKILLS

Fluent in German (written & spoken) is essential;
Fluent in English (written & spoken) is essential;
2 5 years Retail or service industry experience;
To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;
Ability to communicate and inspire customers & store colleagues;
Great customer service skills and problemsolving;
Good standard of numeracy;
To be able to motivate, manage and lead your team;
Strong organisational skills;
Dynamic and creative.
