Your role and your team:

Our Aircraft Marketing team is responsible for the marketing strategy of Lilium, determining our go-to-market strategy, product positioning and analysis.

Critically, the team manages both strategic aircraft requirements to ensure we have the right aircraft for the market to maximize success.

We are deeply involved in the sales campaigns, the aircraft development and product offering. We support the commercial strategy and manage senior level stakeholders across the business.

Your Day to Day:

Support the development of the commercial strategy by assessing, prioritizing, and advancing new and established markets and network models
Support Sales with financial modelling on live campaigns
Work with the Sales to specify joint service offerings and use cases
Keep internal and external documentation up to date based on meetings and key learnings, stay on top of respective project plans
Prepare meetings with relevant internal and external stakeholders, including investors, management team and partners
Work in a very dynamic, international team, spread across different locations
Collaborate extensively with internal teams to solve problems in the areas of Infrastructure, Airline Operations, and Engineering

Your Profile:

Currently in your M.A./M.Sc. studies or gap year
First experience in a very analytical/ strategic role, i.e., in a Tier 1 firm (management consulting or investment banking), and/or in a fastgrowing technology company
Strong academic background and sound commercial orientation
Hands on analytical experience a big plus (python, SQL)
Exceptional quantitative problemsolving skills
Out of the box thinker, drive, resilience and pragmatism
Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills; German a strong plus, French and Spanish a plus
Comfortable working in a fluid and changing company, handling multiple priorities
Availability for 6 months
