- Acts as the first point of contact for all HR related matters
- Supports the delivery of HR processes at the business partner's side
- Consults with line managers/the leadership team and provide continuous HR guidance and support
- Manages the complete HR life cycle (from recruitment to exit management)
- Drives HR processes & procedures (e.g.: probation management, GDPR, career planning, etc.)
- Drives HR projects (e.g.: atmosphere enhancement, team buildings, etc.)
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, etc.)
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- A Bachelor's Degree or above in the fields of HR, Psychology or similar or alternatively relevant work experience
- At least 2 years experiences working in a challenging HR environment handling multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent people skills; ability to form strong relationships throughout the company
- Professional knowledge and skills in the field of human resources, especially talent management
- Understand the business, translate it into HR solutions and implement them
- Patience, empathy, passion for helping people, open-minded, strong learning ability, willing to think, and courageous to continue to explore, positive and strong communication skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English; Chinese language is a plus
- Experience working in a multi-cultural, fast-paced environment is seen as an advantage
