Our client, one of the world's leaders of mobility, is looking for
German speaking Customer Experience Agents to join their team in Germany.

General information:

FULLY REMOTE from anywhere in Germany

CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY

- Performance bonuses:up to 200€ gross per month

Extra payment for night shifts and Sundays
Permanent contract

Working hours: 24/7 rotative schedules.

About you:

You are fluent in German and English (written & spoken) and have an understandable and clear way to speak and express yourself.
Ideally, you would already have some initial experience in customer service, working in a call centre, sales,restaurants, or generally dealing with customers.
You are like us: likeable, reliable, dynamic, motivated, and passionate about delivering excellent customer.
You are an organizational and communicative talent: you find the right words in every situation and deliver them ina positive manner.
You work independently, are solution and serviceorientated and be able to cope with a heavy workload.
