Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

As part of the team, you will have the following responsibilities:

Bid preparation and timely preparation of the commercial and contractual part of the bids and submission of the overall bid;
Calculation of the offer prices based on the financial specifications of the business line (if necessary, in cooperation with the Cost Engineering department);
Ensure compliance with customer expectations and fulfilment of internal and external regulations (legislation, export control, ethics & compliance, etc.);
Ensure, contribute or prepare internal approval documents in collaboration with the project management;
Handling T&Cs and commercial issues of the client contract, as well as supporting Sales and PMO in the different phases of the acquisition process (including negotiation) on any commercial and/or contractual issues that may arise;;
Preparation or review of other contractual documents: NDAs; ATPs; contract amendments; licence agreements; cooperation agreements (if necessary, in coordination with Legal.

Skills & Experience:

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

- +4 years' experience in contract management;

Calculation and quotation experience, as well as experience in the preparation and review of contracts;
Ability to work independently, in a structured and resultsoriented manner, for fast and direct achievement of objectives;
The ability of a person to work together on tasks in a team, to support each other and the willingness to compromise;
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German is an advantage.
