As a Growth Project Lead you will take over the responsibility of a client's growth or marketing project from beginning to end.

You take over the challenging role of orchestrating all internal efforts while aligning them with the interests of the client and make sure the project is a success.

You find joy in bringing people together, solving complex problems and creating tangible success.

In this position, you'll be at the intersection of a consulting role, where strategic, conceptual thinking is key, and a project manager role, where execution is equally vital.

With your high level of professionalism and empathy you become a trusted partner for the client and all stakeholders involved.

Tasks

  • Leadership responsibility of clients' projects: orchestrating various internal expert teams, syncing with client teams and ensuring mutual commitment of all stakeholders. This consists of a blend of strategic, consultative guidance and handson project management.
  • Endtoend responsibility of the projects' success by monitoring progress and purposefulness of all activities, with an emphasis on integrating business strategy with aligned growth marketing efforts.
  • Leading communication effectively with all stakeholders in a structured, goaldriven and highly professional manner. This includes preparing and leading internal and external meetings on a regular basis.
  • Develop creative solutions to complex problems by combining your past experience, superior logical, analytical thinking and internal expert knowledge while intertwining broader business concepts with marketing insights.

Requirements:


  • 2+ years consulting working experience or similar fast paced and client facing work environments and preferably with a focus on strategic consulting and growth marketing execution
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills in both business fluent English and German to build strong relationships based on trust
  • High level of drive and initiative, willing to go the extra mile when needed
  • Intellectual curiosity, strategic thinking and strong project management skills with the ability to balance conceptual planning with growth execution
  • Rigorous and solution oriented problem solving and analytical skills, combined with capability of thinking through nuanced and complex situations, ability to navigate ambiguity at ease
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize, aligning both strategic business objectives and marketing goals
