- Begleitung der M&A Transaktionen und Verhandlungsrunden
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder ähnlichen Abschluss
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich M&A, Due-Diligence, Strategie-Erfahrungen
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich erneuerbare Energien wünschenswert oder eine sehr hohe Affinität dafür
- Prozess- und Methoden-Know-how aus dem M&A Transaktionsbereich
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
