Beschreibung

The primary duties of this position include assisting the COO with daily operations, monitoring tasks and projects, problem solving and troubleshooting, preparing reports, coordinating internal and external meetings and communications, and helping to develop operational strategies and policies.

The successful applicant must possess strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills as well as being a team-player, capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the company.


This role requires an individual with flexible working hours, considering the need for project management and attendance of meetings and events.

Collaborative and strategic thinking will be crucial to the success of the position. Additionally, an aptitude for understanding financial statements and project development is preferred.


What will you be doing?

  • Proactive support for administrative and organizational tasks
  • Agenda and travel management (including pre
- and postprocessing)

  • Creation of Reports and Decision Documents for C-Level and further strategic boards
  • Active participation and willingness for review and improvement of operational processes
  • Contribution to projects in the areas of Talent Management, Recruiting, Operations and Marketing
  • Contribution to confidential projects
  • Acting as a PMO Support for internal projects (Action/Decision, Risk/Issue Management, Project Planning activities)
