Programme Project Administrator (d/f/m) Ref. 68297

your responsibilities:

The jobholder (d/f/m) will work as Programme Project Administrator.

Support project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) to satisfy in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations
Support implementation and participate in a project team organization related to all aspects from project definition to project execution in matters of commercial administration between Airbus Commercial and ASA-Atlantic/Aerostructure
Ensure effective integration of lessons learned related to the process
Support budget control
Support effective management of ASA-Atlantic/Aerostructure interrelation
Support the digitalisation project around the ordering process towards ASA-Atlantic/Aerostructure

personal requirements:

The ability to quickly recognize and understand technical relationships and functionalities analyze
Independent, structured and resultoriented work in order to achieve goals on schedule achieve and coordinate work processes efficiently
Strong communication skills to deal with contacts at all levels to work together Willingness to go on business trips (small volume approx. 1x every two months)

professional training/studies:

Business administration at least a bachelor's degree or
Economics at least Bachelor's degree

work experience:

IT / information systems at least over 2 years
Project management at least over 3 years
Supply Chain / Logistics at least over 2 years

IT:

Google Workspace an advantage

knowledges:

Project management at least good knowledge

languages:

Business fluent German
Business fluent English
Business fluent knowledge of French is an advantage

further knowledges:

Project management level (Airbus internal): iron, an advantage
Experience with Skywise an advantage
